Insomnia

Sleep has been hard for me the past couple of weeks. I’m not sure why it’s happening, but I wake up before my alarm goes off every morning. I usually go to bed at about 1130 to midnight, and I usually wake up at about 5am, without the alarm, and then force myself to go back to bed until 6.

Last night, I got tired at about 1030, so I went to bed, and woke up at 430am, and then forced myself to “sleep in” (ha, I never thought I’d use that phrase in this context) until 630.

Kinda scary since I haven’t even had to go to work these past couple of days, since I took Monday off, and today is a holiday. I’m very curious if this is related to why I can’t get down and really concentrate, or if it’s something else, which is coming up in another post.
